We use the FCKEditor mod.

Within , Browsers auto render & display certain “HTML Entities” and “HTML Entity Codes” as characters: </p> <p>< shows as < -- & shows as & -- etc.</p> <p>Browsers also auto change any "HTML Entity Codes" entered in a <textarea> into the resultant display characters BEFORE UPLOADING.
